Target groups: Secondary and Baccalaureate students who learn Latin, Greek and Classical Mythology.


General objectives of the project

· To strengthen language competence through CLIL methodology (To study contents through a foreign language, English in our case)

· To improve digital competence through the web 2.0 resources

· To develop multicultural competence


                The basis of the project: linguistic contents

- Classical roots related to specific Botanical terms in English and in the participants` languages (Basque, Spanish, Italian, Greek)

- Names of the project`s plants in some languages (English, Basque, Spanish, Italian, Greek)

- Classical Mythology and plants

- English scientific vocabulary in relation to Botany and Mythology 

- English colloquial language

Outputs and activities

- online glossary of terms associated with the morphology of the plants

- online dictionary of mythological plants

- interactive exercises concerning classical roots

- mythological gymkhana
