Two workshops in one! The class will be broken into two
groups, with each group taking a turn at making pesto and gnocchi. Recipes will
utilize seasonal ingredients: the gnocchi class will focus on handmade potato
and pumpkin gnocchi, while the pesto class will create a sage and roasted
garlic pesto (a great match to the pumpkin gnocchi!) as well as a cilantro and
pistachio pesto. Everyone will
learn both gnocchi and pesto making, and participants will go home with a
starter kit including recipes, samples of their creations (unless it's eaten in class...), and dough to freeze
for future gnocchi-making. ![]() Class size is limited ... click here to register!
