Zhino J. Mohammed is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Sulaimani. She holds M.A. degree in English Literature, Royal Holloway University of London.

She is currently teaching courses of the Sixteenth and Seventeenth Centuries English Poetry, Neoclassical and Poetry of the Romantic Age at Faculty of Languages and Humanities, School of Languages, Department of English.

Her research interests include the interdisciplinary studies from the late eighteenth to the late nineteenth centuries with particular focus on the relationship between word and image. She is also interested in the studies of the Pre-Raphaelite Art Culture, Aestheticism and Decadence, and studies of symbolism of the Victorian poetry and paintings.
