My name is Soran Mohammed Mamand. I am an Assistant Professor with a Ph.D degree in Nanostructure semiconductor Physics, teaching in the College of Science, Physics Department at University of Sulaimani in Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.

Now I am the Dean of the College of Science.

My research interests focus on;

1. Thermal properties of Semiconductor Nanostructure.
2. Physical properties of nanocomposite polymers.
