My name is Solav Ezzaldeen, and I am a lecturer holding (M.Sc) degree in
Business Administration Sciences, teaching in College of Administration and Economics & College of Commerce at University of sulaimany in
Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.
I teach several topics at my college and other colleges, i.e.
1. Principles of Business Administration.
2. Management of tourist establishments.
3. Management of financial and banking institutions.
My research interests focus on;
1. Human Resources.
2. Organizational Theory and Organizational Behavior.
3. Excellent performance.
