My research interest includes the following fields;
1. Food analysis.
2. Detection chemical and physical contents ,additives , preservatives ,caffeine,heavy metals,methanol and ethanol in non alcoholic drinks.
3.Investigation in the quality and safety of non alcoholic beer.
