• My Scientific Degree: I am a Professor (Full) with a PhD degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, teaching in the College of Engineering at the University of Sulaimani in Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

• Carried-out Academic Positions: I am the Former Head of Irrigation Engineering Department, and the Former Head of Department of Water Resources Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Sulaimani.
