SIT Graduate Institute Offers Master’s Degree Scholarships

SIT Graduate Institute is a nonprofit, accredited graduate school that offers master’s degrees and graduate level certificates. SIT’s programs are designed for a global student body living and working around the world.

Admissions Criteria:

To be considered for admission to any master’s or certificate program, an applicant must have the following:

    1. US bachelor's degree or an equivalent that demonstrates academic ability

    2. Demonstrated English language ability (TOEFL [PBT: 600, CBT: 250, IBT: 100], IELTS 7, PTE 68)

    3. Intercultural and professional experience

    4. Demonstrated ability to use experience as a source of learning

Master’s Degree Programs – On-Campus:

  • Master of Arts in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management (self-designed program) – Design your unique interdisciplinary master degree (Brattleboro, Vermont)

  • Master of Arts in International Education The first masters in International Education in the United States (Brattleboro, Vermont)

  • Master of Arts in Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation – Work with populations in conflict or post-conflict around the world (Brattleboro, Vermont)

  • Master of Arts in Sustainable Development: Advocacy, Leadership, and Social Change – Students learn from an organization running development programs around the world (Brattleboro, Vermont)

  • Master of Arts in Sustainable Development: International Policy and Management – Intensive one-year program with guaranteed three-month internship (Washington, DC)

  • Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) – One-year program with a guaranteed two month internship (Brattleboro, Vermont)
