Prof. Dr. Abdullah Y. Tayib Shkak, a lecturer in the Department of Architecture college of Engineering at University of Sulaimani in Kurdistan Region, Iraq. I received High Diploma in Architecture and Urban Planning from Bucharest-Romania 1986, and Ph.D. degree in Architecture from the same University in 1989.
