Research interests

1) Study of the structure and dynamics of few-nucleon systems, in particular development of new numerical methods for solving the A>2 scattering problem. 2) Study of nuclear interactions and electroweak currents using the effective field theory based on chiral symmetry; application to reactions of astrophysical interest and to nucleon-dark matter interactions. 3) Investigation of parity- and time-reversal violations in few-nucleon systems (longitudinal asymmetries in scattering and the electric dipole moment of light nuclei). 4) Study of relativistic bound and scattering states solving the Bethe-Salpeter equation in Minkowski space, as a way to study meson and baryon systems composed of light quarks.
