Research interests
Experimental search for Dark Matter in the WIMP (Weak Interacting Massive Particle) hypotesis and developing the related technologies, based on SiPMS operated at cryogenic temperatures (Underground experiment "DarkSide" at the Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso). CP violation and search for evidence of new physics beyond the standard model in electron-positron annihilation at very high luminosities (Experiment "Belle2" at KEK2, Tsukuba - JPN). Development of new solid state detectors for ionizing radiation.
