UISPP is the Journal of the International Union of Prehistorical and Protohistorical Sciences. The objectives is to publish high quality scientific articles about all disciplines related to the prehistorical and protohistorical studies.

The International Union of Prehistoric and Protohistoric Sciences (Union Internationale des Sciences Préhistoriques et Protohistoriques – UISPP) was founded on May 28th, 1931, in Berne, and integrates all sciences related to prehistoric and protohistoric development, including archaeology, anthropology, palaeontology, geology, zoology, botany, environment, physics, chemistry, geography, history, numismatics, epigraphy and mathematics.

The UISPP Journal is an open access journal published on-line every four months by the UISPPISSN 2612-2782PUBLISHER Union international des Sciences Préhistoriques et Protohistoriques(Ferrara, Italy)
