 Scott Peters is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Northern Iowa. He teaches courses in American government, specializing in Constitutional law and the judicial process. His research focuses on judicial elections in the states. His book, Regulating Judicial Elections (forthcoming, Routledge) investigates the effects of state codes of judicial conduct on the candidates' campaigning and on the competitiveness of elections. |
