When calling the IT Help Desk, desk agents will request information to help identify callers and provide additional information should the ticket need to be escalated to on site ITS staff. In certain password reset situations, you may be asked to provide the last four numbers of your SSN, but you will never be asked to provide your full SSN, and the agents do not have access to this.

If you are submitting a self-service ticket on the web, please include as much information as possible to assist us with our triage. For example, if you are requesting a laptop loaner, please include the dates that it would be needed. This is also true for emails submitted to the IT Help Desk.

The IT Help Desk is supported by IT professionals in Maitland, Florida and Rochester, New York to provide UNE's community continuous service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.





Faculty IT Help Desk

UNE ITS has provided additional on campus IT Help Desk support for faculty and classroom technology. 

If you are experiencing an issue with technology during or prior to the start of a class. Please call 2487 (2ITS) to reach the on-site Faculty IT Help Desk technician between the hours of 7.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m Monday through Friday. 

Outside of these times and when the line is busy your call will be forwarded to the main IT Help Desk where you will hear the option to press #1 for class in session calls. The Faculty IT Help Desk number can also be used for reporting issues with technology for video conferencing.
