MODULE 1: Hospitality and Customer Service in the Winery

Welcome to your first module in the WINEHOST tasting room training program for North Carolina wineries. As a winery tasting room professional, you serve as the first point of contact for the majority of winery visitors. You are a direct ambassador of the brand and the company and are expected to provide exceptional customer service to all visitors during the length of their visit to the winery.
