Constitutional Law for a Changing America

For more than a decade I have worked with Lee Epstein and Thomas Walker on their award winning textbooks for constitutional law courses. Specifically, I have created ancillaries to help university level instructors teach courses in constitutional law and civil liberties. These ancillaries include lecture questions and case briefs to help facilitate classroom discussion as well as powerpoint presentations for each chapter.

The presentations bring cases to life for students by providing historic, economic, and social context. In addition, they include archival materials from justices' papers and audio from the oral arguments in cases the Court decided to help the students fully immerse themselves in the process. Finally, I create and update the test banks for each chapter. These materials have helped instructors throughout the country (in a variety of college and university settings) teach the politics of law in a dynamic and systematic manner.
