Simply Good Cooking is a hands-on curriculum that teaches nutrition while cooking nutrient-rich foods. Basic cooking skills and physical activity are key components of this curriculum. Simply Good Cooking is offered through the University of Minnesota Extension, Nutrition Education Program. Delivery is by nutrition paraprofessionals; in Minnesota, their title is "Regional Nutrition Educator."
