Design Thinking For Portal | OverviewDesign Thinking is an emerging discipline using tools and processes used traditionally by design disciplines (architecture, landscape architecture, graphic design, interior design, and others) to solve systemic problems and challenges in fields beyond design.
In this workshop, we applied design thinking to learn about what people in the University of Minnesota community expect and need from a Enterprise portal.
In each workshop, participants worked in teams, moving through the design thinking process to create a portal prototype. Prototype summaries are available as individual documents. There are 8 workshops in total on all University of Minnesota campuses.Visit our Pinterest site to see all the prototypes created. They are also linked in order below.
