University of Minnesota students have three options for running Creo:
Install Creo on your own computer, which requires creating an account with PTC and obtaining a free license (link)
Access Creo online through the university’s AppsToGo system, which does not require a Creo download and is handy if you are having licensing problems or if you have a Mac. (there is no Mac version of Creo.) To set up AppsToGo, follow the instructions here. Once everything is set up, search for the version of Creo you wish to run. The number of people who can use AppsToGo at the same time is limited. This means you could find yourself unable to access Creo during crunch times right before deadlines, so plan your work time carefully!
Use Creo in the CSE-IT on-campus computer classrooms. The classroom workstations are fast and have large monitors, ideal for running a CAD package.
