About the Knowledge and Self-Help Creators (KaSHC) iCoP

The Knowledge and Self-Help Creators (KaSHC) informal Community of Practice (iCoP) provides opportunities for people across disciplines at the University of Minnesota to share knowledge management practices system wide.

Goals for the next year include: 

  • share best practices for creating high quality content useful and usable by the intended audience 
  • explore ways of publishing knowledge that make content easily discoverable and re-usable 
  • share strategies for increasing customer confidence in finding and using knowledge and self-help 
  • raise awareness of knowledge management tools used across the system

Meeting Schedule

The KaSHC iCoP has an initial meeting scheduled in February 2016. Additional meetings will be scheduled in the future.
