What: Brown-Bag Lunch discussion about outdoor opportunities in MN
When: November 14, 12pm to 1pm
Where: Freeman Commons

Do you like the outdoors?  Interested in knowing more about skiing, snowshoeing, or other outdoor opportunities this winter?  Or maybe you prefer to daydream about next summer's hiking, biking, camping, paddling, and rock climbing plans.  Minnesota is blessed with many beautiful places to explore.  Bring your lunch and hear about some of the things to do and places to go in Minnesota, including a place to go bouldering just a block from the Humphrey School.  Stacey Grimes works for the Humphrey School by day.  By night, however, she is the president of an outdoor recreational club and is eager to share her knowledge.  Joining her is Bear Paulsen of Midwest Mountaineering, an avid and enthusiastic outdoors person, who will share what he knows. Also, Midwest Mountaineering is hosting it's annual Outdoor Adventure Expo, being held November 18th through 20th!.

If you already know a lot about outdoor opportunities in the region, come any way to share your knowledge!

Brought to you by the Public Affairs Student Association and the MN Rovers.
