Help Desk Consolidation Community of Practice (fCoP)


Develop and evolve the relationships, roadmap, best practices, and templates to accomplish the following:

  • consolidate the University’s 73 helpdesks to a single point of contact
  • create and maintain credibility in consolidated help desk services 
  • develop desktop support standards
