Managing Partners 

Our managing partners are responsible for the overall management of the consulting practice which includes consultant recruitment, nonprofit relationship management, project identification, full-scale project team support and project execution oversight.  Below are brief bios on the five managing partners for the 2014-2015 practice.  


 Aditi Ananthakrishnan

 Aditi is a 2015 MBA candidate at the Carlson School of Management. She received a B.S. in physics  and a B.A. in communication from Rutgers University in 2011. She worked as a marketing  communications executive for ITC Hotels Ltd before coming to Carlson. 
 Adam Kelloway

 Adam Kelloway is a Chemical Engineering Ph.D. student at the University of Minnesota. He received  a 1st Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2010. Adam  has previously worked for Cargill’s Process Optimizers group in Minneapolis. He currently volunteers  at the Science Museum of Minnesota where he engages with visitors experiencing hands on science  and engineering demonstrations. Upon completion of his doctorate, Adam hope to pursue a career in  management consulting. 

 Brandon Phillips

 Brandon Phillips is a 2015 MA-HRIR candidate at the Carlson School of Management. He received his  B.A. in sociology from the University of  Michigan, where he worked doing data analysis and program  support for Michigan Athletics, where  he continued to work after graduating. He was also  extensively involved in diversity and inclusion efforts at the University of Michigan. Brandon spent  the summer at Microsoft working in organizational excellence, global inclusion, and performance  management.

 Meg Shoemaker is a full-time MA-HRIR candidate at the Carlson School of Management. She  received her B.A. in Women’s Studies and American Studies at Saint Olaf College (Northfield, MN).  After graduation, she spent three years working in the non-profit sector. Meg spent the summer at  Bristol-Myers Squibb working in talent management.

 Dave Woychek is a 2015 MBA candidate at the Carlson School of management and holds a BA in  theatre from the University of Minnesota. Dave has worked in a consulting or business development  capacity with arts-based non-profits within the Twin Cities Metro area including The Moving  Company, The Minnesota Opera, and American Public Media Group (Minnesota Public Radio). Prior  to business school, Dave worked in IT contracting, started and ran a small business, and is still  currently serving as a public affairs officer with the US Army Reserve.
