PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 Upgrade

The PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 Upgrade is an upgrade of our student systems done in two phases. The first phase, the "Technical Upgrade," is an upgrade of the technical platform from version 9.0 to 9.2. This is being done to maintain vendor support for security and regulations as well as allow for adoption of future vendor-released functionality. This will be completed September 24, 2017. Students, faculty, and staff will notice little to no changes as a result of this technical upgrade. The second phase, the "Functional Upgrade," will be several months dedicated to implementing process improvements utilizing available delivered tools. During this phase, functionality will be released on a monthly basis rather than one, final launch date. This phase will end June 2018

Technical Upgrade Go-Live

The Technical Upgrade of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions from version 9.0 to version 9.2 is the first phase of the current upgrade effort. In order to complete this phase of the Upgrade, Campus Solutions will be unavailable for approximately 30 hours.

When: 9 a.m. Sept. 23- noon Sept. 24
Who: Students, Faculty, and Staff will not have access to Campus Solutions (including self-service in MyU) for functions such as registration, student account payments, and grading. See full details of systems availability. 

Those who use PeopleSoft frequently may need to clear their browser cache and cookies when logging in the first time after the upgrade is complete.

Changes as a result of this upgrade are minimal and restricted to look and feel. Preview these changes.
