The Graduate School provides maintains a web page with information for current students including a forms library with downloadable forms, Graduate School fellowship information, as well as information about funding sources, external fellowships, career services, and mental health counseling.

Degree Progress

  • Graduate Degree Plan (GDP) Instructions. The GDP must be processed before students can submit their examination committee for approval. We request that the GDP be turned in three months prior to exams.
  • Language Tuition Program. Process for having CLA cover graduate language credits that exceed the 14 credit graduate student tuition limit.
  • Commencement. The Arts, Sciences and Engineering Graduate Commencement ceremony is open to graduate students in College of Liberal Arts and the College of Science and Engineering. Visit the above website for more detailed information on eligibility.

Summer Benefits

  • Summer Tuition Benefits for Summer Appointments
    • CLA will fund tuition benefits for all graduate students who teach during Summer Session and are appointed as graduate student employees with a job classification that does not carry tuition benefits.
