Development

Development

What we do

We engage prospective donors with the college in meaningful ways and solicit philanthropic opportunities that match donors’ interests and passions with the needs of the College.
  • Seek financial support through major gifts from alumni and friends
  • Connect with corporations and foundations to seek philanthropic support
  • Provide opportunities to support the College through planned giving
  • Engage support through telemarketing, direct mail mass marketing
  • Steward donors for the commitments that they make

How we can help you

We can discuss soliciting alumni and friends for your department with you, connecting with (or referring) a current or potential donor, and thanking donors for their gifts.

Two teams of development staff have been assigned to work with specific centers and departments. You can contact Joslyn or Colleen directly. Some departments and centers will be assigned once we are fully staffed. In the meantime, you can contact Mark Baumgartner for questions about development for departments and centers that are not listed.
