Due to detection of unidentified foreign particles in our in-house product, UMMC Pharmacy is initiating a voluntary recall of the following medication:

1) Morphine HCL Mixture 2mg/mL (200mL)

Batch Number: MN170710009

Expiry Date: 06 January 2018

2) Morphine HCL Mixture 2mg/mL (200mL)

Batch Number: MN170725007

Expiry Date: 21 January 2018

Wards are advised to return all stocks from the stated production batches to Inpatient Pharmacy while Outpatients may do so at any of our Pharmacy counters.
