Please be reminded that the nationwide supply of Morphine BP (10 g), including to the Pharmacy Department, remains disrupted due to production issues at the manufacturer level.
At present, the stock level is still critical, resulting in restricted issuance of the following products:

The supply is expected to recover gradually by the end of March 2026, based on the latest update from the supplier.

Please be informed that effective 16 February 2026, the management and supply of AeroChamber products, previously handled by PharmUMMC, have been fully transferred to PharmSelatan.
The products involved are as follows:
For patient supply purposes, all AeroChamber items must be prescribed in the iPesakit system to ensure proper documentation and compliance with existing procedures.

Please be informed that effective 16 February 2026, the management and supply of AeroChamber products, previously handled by PharmUMMC, have been fully transferred to PharmSelatan.
The products involved are as follows:
- AeroChamber Infant Mask (Orange)
- AeroChamber Child Mask (Yellow)
- AeroChamber Adult Mouthpiece (Blue)
- AeroChamber Adult Small Mask (Purple)
- AeroChamber Adult Large Mask (Blue)

As a result, issuance of this medication will be restricted to critical patients only. Alternative medications such as Morphine Injection and Pethidine Injection may be used for other patients.
