Welcome

By way of introduction, I am an Associate Professor in the School of Information (UMSI) at the University of Michigan and a core faculty member of Michigan Robotics (Robotics). I am also an affiliate of the Michigan Interactive and Social Computing (MISC) Research Group, Information Behavior and Interaction (IBI) Research Group and the National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCIDall at the University of Michigan and the Center for Computer-Mediated Communication (CCMC) at Indiana University.


My research in the area of sharing economy typically involves facilitating coordination and cooperation of workers on digital platforms and understanding how to promote trust in the workers and the services they provide on digital platforms. Below you will find links to several of my papers on the sharing economy.
