Virtual Team

My research on virtual teams (teamwork with technology) typically involves one of three research questions: 1) how and why technology alters teamwork, 2) how to facilitate more effective teamwork in teams that rely on technology and 3) how to design technologies that can facilitate more effective teamwork.
