Note the following proposed changes to the 2017 edition:
Revisions to the scope statement.
A comprehensive revision of Section 14, Storage Batteries to recognize new battery technologies, applications, and their hazards
A new section covering new and emerging electric generation station technologies focusing on photovoltaic generating stations
The 891-page pre-print is copyright protected; watermarked for Mike's use only. Mike can work collaboratively online at any time with anyone wanting to co-author a response.
Also, on the CALL FOR COMMENT page, a cut from the first 10 pages of the pre-print is linked, in which the oversight committee has explicitly identified proposals seeking broader public comment.
