List of Services

IMPORTANT: Some M+Google non-core services (such as Google+ or YouTube) have minimum age requirements (13 in most cases) as part of their Terms of Service. If you are prompted upon sign up to supply your birth date to confirm your age, DO NOT enter a year that makes you below that age. Doing so will automatically lock you out of your account. U-M administrators are not able to override this lockout and you will need to re-activate your account directly through Google. More info here.

The services that you will actually have available to you depend primarily on your affiliation with the university. You can also choose to opt-out of some services. This page details the various service categoriesNOTE: The list below only includes some of the more commonly used Google apps and is subject to change as Google updates its offerings. You are permitted to use any Google tool you can access via your UMICH account as long as it is in accordance with the Proper Use Policy and guidelines for implementing it and Sensitive Regulated Data: Permitted and Restricted Uses (Data Standard DS-06). See Security and Privacy in the M+Google Environment for additional information and guidance.
