Born in Caracas, Venezuela, I was raised by a nurturing family that valued respect, solidarity and education that made me who I am today. I attended Washington Academy for my K-12 education, where I explored and develop my interest in math and the natural sciences, finally graduating with a International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma in 2016.

During my high school years I got involved in wide variety of activities, ranging from the varsity soccer team to an international moot court competition. However, the most influential experience was my introduction to programming. After I was inspired by a cousin who works as an IT freelance, I dived into the world of computers. I started to learn more and more through online tutorials and other resources, reaching out for people who would mentor me, until it became my major.

Currently, I am a Junior at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, pursuing a major in Computer Science and looking for every opportunity that can help me develop my skills and widen my perspective. Furthermore, I am planning to continue my education after graduating by going into graduate school.
