Brainhack is a unique conference that convenes researchers from across the globe and a myriad of disciplines to work together on innovative projects related to neuroscience. Year after year, global Brainhack events have brought together researchers to participate in open collaboration, and now we are proud to continue to support regional Brainhack events that will keep the momentum going throughout the year.

Brainhack Global will unite several worldwide Brainhack events during May 2-6, 2018. Having simultaneous events will provide opportunities for inter-Brainhack collaboration. Talks and demos will be videotaped/streamed when possible so that smaller sites can plug into the content and energy generated at larger sites.

Brainhack has partnered with GigaScience to publish the Proceedings from BrainHack Global. Brainhack attendees will be eligible to submit project reports describing the work that they performed during the event, which will be peer reviewed and edited by members of the Brainhack community.

The Ann Arbor event will feature projects, presentations, and training proposed by the people who attend, and that means you.

If you are attending, please go to the Attendee Survey item in the menu to the left, and let us know what you would like to work on, hear about, or otherwise explore.

To propose a project or a topic please fill out an Attendee Survey item and also post on the Discussion page.

To see a list of projects please go to the Discussion item in the menu to the left.

People are encouraged to attend at their convenience (you don't have to attend entire time for it to be worthwhile!).

The schedule will updated dynamically as items are proposed.
