Please join NAISIG on September 17 for a special presentation by David Choberka, Mellon Academic Coordinator at UMMA, who will be speaking about UMMA's collection and the assistance that UMMA can offer with research and teaching, particularly for Native Studies graduate students. We hope these two events will provide NAISIG members with opportunities to engage with UMMA’s current exhibits involving Native Studies, connect with UMMA’s community, and learn how UMMA’s collections and holdings can facilitate our own research and teaching. Afterwards, we’ll have time to talk about some of NAISIG’s upcoming event for the 2014-15 year. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
When: Wednesday September 17, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: Haven Hall 3512
