FAQ & Resources

1. How do I get email for life?

Visit the University of Illinois Alumni Association to sign-up for your lifetime email account. Travel the Web with alumni pride!

 2. Has campus safety improved since I was a student?

Campus security is a question most often asked by alumni from the '70s. The neighborhood, just like most of Downtown Chicago is rapidly changing. The South and West Loop are gentrifying, and the resulting construction is bringing more people to the area. The West or Medical Center campus is busy at all times of the week. New parking structures and lighting systems have also increased the sense of security. The 12th Police District which encompasses UIC campus, reports statistics on on-campus crime, visit the UIC Police's statistics page.

 3. Where did I graduate from?

The College has existed under several different monikers. We have been the Chicago College of Pharmacy, the University of Illinois School of Pharmacy, the University of Illinois--Medical Center, the University of Illinois--Health Sciences Campus, and currently, the University of Illinois at Chicago. We suggest using the institution listed on your diploma for your c.v. or resume. After all, we are one big happy family with three campuses--Chicago, Springfield and Urbana-Champaign.

 4. How do I make a donation to the College?
