Stephanie Williams, President 
Stephanie graduated from the University of Houston in 2006 with a Bachelors in History and state certification to teach grades 4 through 12. She began her career as an educator, first teaching social studies to high school students in Houston followed by pre-school students in Madrid, Spain, and students of mixed ages in the YMCA’s Refugee Services Program. Her career ultimately led her to social and educational policy research, where she served as Field Operations Supervisor for national-level studies. She is currently pursuing an MBA from the Bauer College of Business with a concentration in Global Human Resources.


 

Nelly Lopez, Executive Vice President
Nelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting  from The University of Texas.  Since graduating, she has worked as a mortgage consultant and a private banker for Wells Fargo and a contract analyst for Reliant Energy .  Nelly is currently a graduate student at the University of Houston, CT Bauer College of Business pursuing her Masters in Business Administration.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, running , cycling, and playing soccer. 





Raiya Al Salmi, Executive VP of Finance
Raiya has an undergraduate degree in Accounting & Finance with Economics from the University of Kent in the UK. Prior to her MBA, she worked as an Investment Analyst at a sovereign wealth fund focused on the downstream oil sector in her home country Oman. Raiya is currently pursuing her MBA degree with a focus in finance and  is also enrolled in the Cougar Fund.  






Autumn Waska, Executive VP of Professional Development
Autumn graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in marketing communications. After college, Autumn started her own logistics business, which specialized in trucking and time sensitive deliveries. To further enhance her business knowledge, Autumn left her company to pursue her MBA at Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. Autumn is a proud member of the Salt Grass Trail Ride Association and rides with wagon 13, "The Desperados." She is also actively involved with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. 






Jenny Childers, Executive VP of Mentorship 
Jenny Childers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with minors in Spanish and communication management from Trinity University. Before coming to Bauer, she did fund development for a private elementary school in Houston, Texas. Jenny is currently pursuing her MBA with a focus in marketing. Outside of school, she is an active member in the Junior League of Houston and F.R.E.S.H., the young professionals organization for the Houston Food Bank.  






Geetika Gakhar, Executive VP of Marketing
Geetika holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from IGIT, India and a post-graduate degree in management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, India. She has  four years of experience in marketing and supply chain domain. She worked in brand management team of India's largest automobile company- Tata Motors Ltd. She was instrumental in establishing digital media strategy for Tata Nano, world's most economically priced car. Geetika is currently pursuing an MBA from C T Bauer College of Business at University of Houston. She is an enthusiastic Bollywood fan and enjoys trying different cuisines.



Chelsea Boyles, Executive VP of Partnerships
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Public Relations and minors in Women's Studies and French Language from The Ohio State University.  Since graduating in 2007, she has worked as a PR Associate for Lionesque Group, a boutique PR company in New York City.  More recently she worked as a Store Manager and Training Manager for The Impeccable Pig, a women's clothing boutique.  Chelsea is currently a graduate student at the University of Houston, CT Bauer College of Business, pursuing her Masters in Business Administration.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world, cooking, wine tasting and spending time with her family.




Guadalupe Hernandez, Executive VP of Logistics
Guadalupe has an undergraduate degree in Geology from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to her MBA, she interned at BP and The Institute for Geophysics and worked as an analyst for CoreLogic, Digital Motorworks and LIM. Guadalupe is currently working for Morningstar as a data quality manager and pursuing her MBA degree with a focus in energy risk management. Outside of school and work, she loves to read, travel and spend time with her family.





Lola Soyebo Harris, VP of Membership
Lola graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering degree. She began her career as a packaging engineer at General Mills in Minneapolis and has led multiple cross-functional projects in cost-saving initiatives and product launches. She currently works as a project manager for Wholesome Sweeteners located in Sugar Land, TX and is also a 1st year MBA student at the University of Houston. Lola enjoys gardening, DIY projects and spending time with her husband and two young sons.




Maria Condasce, VP of Communications
Maria holds an undergraduate degree in Hispanic Studies from Rice University. She has taught E.S.L. in Houston at charter and refugee schools and internationally in Spain and Romania, where she is originally is from. She is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Human Resources. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, volunteering, and painting.




Akriti Anand, VP of Technology

Akriti holds a Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from Manipal University, India and a post-graduate degree in management from Great Lakes Institute of Management, India. She started her career as a software developer with Motorola and later moved on to product management in a startup. Akriti is currently pursuing an MBA from C T Bauer College of Business at University of Houston. She is an avid reader, loves to give back to her community and is a foodie.




Sara Woods, VP of Outreach
Sara is a native Houstonian who graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication studies. She began her career with the Greater Houston Partnership, focusing on public policy issues in local business and healthcare sectors. Afterwards, she served as the Grants Administrator of the Robert & Janice McNair Foundation, before she transitioned to the McNair Group, a family-owned, private equity investment firm. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus in financial management from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Sara participated in the 2014 Cougar Venture Fund, and volunteers with the Houston SPCA.
