1)      Go to Network and Sharing Center from the start button.

2)      Click on Manage wireless networks on the left pane of Network and Sharing Center window

3)      Click Add

4)      Click Manually create a network profile?

5)      Type STUDENT for Network name; choose WPA-Enterprise for Security type; AES for Encryption type and check Start this connection automatically.

OR

1)      Type STAFF for Network name; choose WPA-Enterprise for Security type; AES for Encryption type and check Start this connection automatically.

6)      Click on Change connection settings to continue.

7)      Check Connect automatically when this network is in range.

8)      Select all settings as shown in the diagram below and click settings to continue.

9)      Keep all settings as shown in the diagram below and click on configure button to continue.

10)   Uncheck Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any). You can check this later when we have deployed Active Directory and domain in the University.

11)   Now click on Advance settings button to continue.

13)   Now select STUDENT/STAFF to connect to campus wireless network.

14)   Enter student number/staff id as username and PIN as password to authenticate and connect.
