3. Walk-Ins

Walk in Drill

For the Walk in Drill, the male will get in a squatted position and extend his right hand out to grab the females foot.  As he brings the foot close to his chest, his left hand will go under to aid in support and the male will stand up using his legs and arms unison and extend straight up.  At the top of the drill, he will reverse the process slowing the female down on the descent.

The female will step with her right foot, then left, then take a small hop as she offers the male her right foot.  As she offers the foot she will place both hands on the male's shoulders and press down as hard as she can while standing up.  The female should be looking down the male;s back.  For the descent, she will reverse the process aiding the male by slowing herself down.
