4. Full-Ups

Fullups should not be attempted until a couple has strong toss stunts to the top  (Solid Toss Cupies ect.)

Fullup Liberty

For the Fullup Liberty, the male will start by performing a regular toss, but at the top of the toss he will initiate the females hips spinning right.  After he flicks, he will will turn his hands over where his palms are facing up and will spot for the heels of the female.  After the female has completed half of the spin the male will grab the female (she is facing him) and they will finish the remaining half spin together.  After a solid grip on the right foot, the female will pull her liberty and the dismount is a regular pop off.

The female will start a regular toss and will wait to feel the male initiate her hips.  When she feels the initiation, she will still flick straight down while spinning with her hips, shoulders, and head all together and in the same line.  When the male grabs her feet after a half spin, it is important that her feet are together and she continues to spin towards the front.  After a solid grip is felt on the foot pull your liberty and the dismount is a regular pop off.

It is important for the female to spin in line and not to drop her right shoulder when she spins and to focus on spinning up rather than simply across.

Fullup Cupie

For the Fullup Cupie, the male will do the same technique as a fullup liberty, but will spot for the heels with only one hand and will finish the same as a fullup liberty with only the one hand.  It is important for the male to keep his palm up providing the female with a flat surface to stand on.  The dismount is a regular pop off.

The female will do the same technique as a fullup liberty and will focus on keeping her feet together and stopping once she is back to the front.  The dismount is a regular pop off.

Fullup Arabesque

For the Fullup Arabesque, the male will use the same technique as a fullup liberty but will wait to grab until the female has completed 3/4 of the spin.  When he grabs the feet, the will spin the remaining half turn together and he will be holding a regular arabesque grip.  The dismount is a regular pop off.

The female will do the same technique as a fullup liberty but will not stop spinning until she has completed one and 1/4 spins and pulls her arabesque.  The dismount is a regular pop off.
