Front Handspring up from side pull Arabesque
For the Front Handspring Arabesque, the male will start facing the female on the side. As she initiates her handstand, he will come in and grab the small of her back. It is important to stay low and use arms and legs in unison. As the females feet start to continue over the handstand the male will stand up and will pop through the small of the females back helping her to initiate her half flip. As the male pops the stunt, he will make a 1/4 turn to the font and will spot for the females feet in a regular arabesque. The dismount shown is a double down (900) and is discussed in cradles under partner stunt transitions.
The female will think about stepping into a handstand and letting her feet slowly continue to fall forward. As the male grabs her back, her feet must be past vertical. After the pop/ toss from the male, she must think about pulling hard with her core muscles to the top landing in a platform or pulling an immediate arabesque. The dismount shown is a double down (900) and is discussed in cradles under partner stunt transitions.
Front Handspring up Heel Stretch from the front
