Backhandspring fullups should not be attempted until a couple has solid backhandspring up stunts to the top (i.e. backhandspring up cupies)
Backhandspring Fullup Heel Stretch
For the backhandspring fullup cupie, the male will follow the same technique as a backhandspring up but before flicking will initiate the female to spin over her left shoulder. After the initiation, he must turn his hands over spotting first with his right hand and then his left to catch the female's feet as she finishes the spin to the front. After a solid grip the female pulls her heel stretch and the dismount is a regular pop off.
The female will follow the same technique as a backhandspring up, but when the male initiates her hips she will continue to lift her chest up and spin over her left shoulder. When she faces the front she will pull her heel stretch and the dismount is a regular pop off.
Backhandspring Fullup Cupie
For the backhandspring fullup cupie, the technique is the same for the male and female with the exception that the male spots with only his right hand for both feet as the female finishes her spin towards the front. The dismount is a regular pop off.
