For tick tocks, I am going to demonstrate by doing low to high and high to high tick tocks in the same sequence
Liberty Tick Tocks
For the liberty tick tock, the male will start by holding a regular liberty. For the tick tock the male will take a small dip with his legs and pop through his shoulders opening his hands. As the female tick tocks (switches) feet he will regrab the foot and absorb with his legs. For the low to high tick tock the male will be holding the opposite liberty and will dip with his arms and legs in unison at a controlled rate of the speed. At the hands level, the male will pop the stunt up and catch the regular foot liberty at the top. It is important for the male to keep the foot flat on the descent for the low to high tick tock.
The female will be standing in a regular lib and after feeling the pop will lift up through her hips and switch feet. It is important for her to not "stomp" down but to lift through the hips and replace the opposite foot where the regular foot was. For the low to high, she will keep lifting her hip up on the descent and after feeling the pop, will replace her foot back into the original position.
Heel Stretch Tick Tocks
The technique is the same for the heel stretch tick tocks as the liberty tick tocks. It will help the male to spot for the opposite foot as he pops either a high to high or low to high tick tock as the foot has a greater distance to travel. It is equally important for the female to replace the foot in the same position and to always keep lifting up throughout the stunt.
Cupie Pop Overs
For the Cupie pop overs, the male will begin in the cupie of his choice and will dip with his legs focusing on keeping his arm locked out. He will pop straight up and will replace hands absorbing the stunt through his legs the entire time.
The female will stand in a cupie the entire time and will lift up. The female must not jump over but rather wait to be popped.
