3. Partner Stunt Routines

Parnter Stunt Routines is essentialy combining partner stunts and transitions to make a routine.  Typical routines last 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on the competition.

Creativity, degree of difficulty, cleanliness, body positions for the female, and overall flow of routine are some of the major aspects judged on in partner stunt routines.

Stunts are shown in the some of the following routines not discussed under partner stunts.  If you have any questions or would like moe informatoin about any of the stunts shown please email Coach Ben Schreiber at bschreib@udel.edu

As mentioned, creativity is a big factor in partner stunt routines, so as you start creating your own routines be sure to stay in your own skill level.  The judges would rather see a routine that has simple stunts executed cleanly than a routine that is very difficult and has numerous falls or the stunts look shaky and unsafe.

The routines shown here took years of practice and were not executed the first day attempted.  It is important to work on combining stunts and forming routines to make the male and female overall better at partner stunting.
