Overview:   Responsibilities include management of all elements of the recruiting process including job description submission, approvals to recruit, creation of advertisement, hiring justification and offer letters for all levels of positions in the College of Engineering; ensuring effective management of labor relations issues including but not limited to manager/employee conflicts, pay equity issues, and termination issues; managing the Family Medical Leave Act process for College of Engineering Employees.
