EVENT PLANNING TIMELINE

All meetings and events have unique needs and therefore a unique timeline of tasks that must be completed for successful execution. Large scale events will require earlier planning while small meetings can be arranged later. The following timeline is suggested and should be adjusted based on your own event needs.

Scheduling Priority Dates

The scheduling priority for all University spaces is managed by CSI below. Please be cognizant of the "First Day of Booking" for each semester.

Fall Semester
Booking Begins April 1*

Includes meetings August 20 - December 31

Spring Semester
Booking Begins Nov. 1

Includes meetings January 1 - May Graduation

Summer
Booking Begins Feb. 15

Includes meetings May Graduation - August 19

*Should the first day of booking fall on a weekend, booking will begin the Friday before the date listed.
