About CUWiP

The APS Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP) are three-day regional conferences held in eight locations across the nation, bringing together undergraduate women with interests in physics. We look to provide participants opportunities to learn about graduate school and career opportunities in physics, to give them access to other women in physics of all ages, and give them the experience of a professional conference. The 2015 conferences will be held at the following locations:


The Women in Physics organization at UC Santa Cruz  hosted the 10th Annual APS CUWiP from Friday evening, January 16th through Sunday afternoon, January 18th. Events took place through the physics department on Science Hill, including laboratory tours, plenary talks, poster sessions, and much more. Application Period Closed

The application period (September 1st through October 31st) has passed. Further details will be posted to the Conference Outline and Travel & Accommodation pages in the months leading to the conference.
