BioSci E166: Field Biology. This course is focused on teaching the scientific method through the lens of field biology, including experimental design, data analysis and interpretation, and the presentation of findings through writing and oral presentation. Labs include both group and independent field studies.  This course includes an overnight (weekend) field trip.

BioSci E184: Biodiversity of Insects. This course is a survey of entomology, including insect evolutionary history and systematics, taxonomy, biodiversity, anatomy, physiology, ecology, and topics on the importance of insects for human affairs.

BioSci E221: Advanced topics in ecology. This course is a graduate seminar.
