Instructor Course Outcome Survey (ICOS)

1. Submit your thoughts about your course this year on the Course Reflections Form.

2. Submit the final grade distribution on the Grade Distribution form.

1. • CE and EnE students distributions must be reported separately (if applicable).

     • Instructions on how to find each student's major.

3. Submit the student assessment data requested for your course.

1. 1. During the quarter, record student achievement of CLO(s) associated with the ABET SO(s) assigned to your course.

   2. Upload a PDF of the blank assessment instrument 

   3. Three (3) examples of student work on each instrument must be uploaded. One set for CE and for EnE students.

      • One (1) high, one (1) medium/average, and one (1) low performance.

   4. CE and EnE student achievement must be reported separately (if applicable).

      • Instructions on how to find each student's major.
