The Working towards Essential Central Arkansas Respite kid carE (WE-CARE) Network is a network of partners in central Arkansas dedicated to providing a time of leisure and rest for parents and caregivers of children with special health care needs. This program allows children with special health care needs and their siblings to participate in a safe environment full of games and activities while their caregivers experience leisure time for themselves.
